Starting a meeting
Start from the project dashboard when you need a live briefing or a fast decision with your project agents.

Before you start
- Your project can be on any organization plan, including the free one.
- You need access to the project dashboard.
- Your browser needs microphone permission.
- The project must have enough meeting budget available.
- There cannot already be an active meeting for the same project.
Steps
- Open the project in your dashboard.
- Go to Meetings.
- Select Start meeting.
- Review the host. An Executive-department employee is selected by default.
- Review recording. Priority defaults to opt-in. Dedicated shows the tenant recording policy before you enter.
- Allow microphone access when your browser asks.
- Select Start meeting to enter the live room.
If the meeting will not start
The most common reasons are Starter tier, low budget, an existing active meeting, missing microphone permission, or a project agent that is still provisioning.
Who can join
Phase 15 meetings are for project users with dashboard access and HiveClaw agents assigned to the project. External guest links are not supported yet.
Operators or support staff should only observe or join with your explicit consent.
