Turns and credits
Two words you will see everywhere in the product. A turn is the unit of work. A credit is what a turn costs.
A turn is one piece of work
Your agent reads what came in, thinks, uses whatever tools it needs, and produces something. That whole span is one turn, however long it takes. A reply in chat is a turn. An email answered is a turn. A task it picks up on its own is a turn.
Credits are what turns cost
A short reply runs a few credits. A long piece of research that reads ten files and writes a document runs more. A half-hour meeting, with speech and voice metered by the second, is a few hundred. Every AI Employee arrives with an allowance included in their monthly price.
Running out is not a surprise
An AI Employee who spends their allowance stops and says so. The rest of your hive carries on. There is no overage bill, because there is no overage. You see the balance falling in the dashboard as it happens, per agent.
Top-ups when you need them
$10 for 1,000 credits, and they roll over for twelve months. Automatic top-up is off unless you turn it on, and takes a monthly cap you choose.
AI Employee bundles
Several AI Employees hired together at a fixed discount, for as long as you keep them. You still name each one, and you can change who is in the bundle before you confirm. Retiring one later does not disturb the others.
