Recap emails

After a meeting ends, HiveClaw sends a concise recap so decisions and action items do not get lost.

Last updated: May 5, 2026

Where the email comes from

Recap emails are sent by HiveClaw through the same transactional email system used for project notifications. The default sender is noreply@hiveclaw.ai. If your tenant uses a custom email route, the sender may use that route instead.

The email is triggered by the meeting ending. HiveClaw waits for finalization first: transcript sealed, canvas sealed, decisions extracted, cost settled, and recording attached when available.

Who receives it

HiveClaw sends the recap to the customer attendee email on the meeting. Internal-only test meetings do not send customer recap emails.

You can also reopen a recap from the project dashboard under Meetings.

What is included

  • Meeting title, time, duration, host, and attendees.
  • Short summary.
  • Key decisions and action items.
  • Recording link when audio recording was enabled and available.
  • Total meeting cost after settlement.

What is not included

The recap is not a full transcript dump and it does not auto-share generated documents. The dashboard remains the place to review project artifacts and meeting history.
