HiveClaw meetings

Meetings

Meetings are live voice sessions with your project agents. Use them for executive briefings, design reviews, technical decisions, and fast alignment when chat is too slow.

Who can use meetings

Meetings are available on every plan, including Free. Whether there is a meeting depends on who you invite: a Senior or above can sit in one, and how long it can run is set by the highest level in the room: Senior up to an hour, Manager up to 2 hours, Executive up to 4 hours. Juniors do not join meetings. Recording retention scales with your organization plan.

Default host

An Executive-department employee hosts by default. The host moderates the conversation and can bring in other project agents when their expertise is needed.

What happens in a meeting

  • You join from the project dashboard with your microphone enabled.
  • The host speaks with you in real time and keeps the discussion focused.
  • The host can summon employees from any other department in your hive.
  • Agents can present specs, code, charts, and artifacts on the shared canvas.
  • When the meeting ends, HiveClaw seals the transcript, extracts decisions and action items, settles cost, and sends a recap email.

Important rules

  • Meeting links are not public guest links. A person must already have access to the project in HiveClaw to join.
  • Phase 15 supports one active meeting per project at a time.
  • Recording never starts silently. Priority meetings are opt-in by default. Dedicated projects follow the tenant recording policy shown before joining.
  • Summoned agents add cost only from the time they join. Budget checks run before a meeting starts and before another agent is added.
  • In billing exports and webhooks, the Priority tier key is priority.
